Introduction to Straw Applicator
1. The TG-4000 straw applicator is suitable for pasting straws to aseptic brick carton, gable top carton, pouch, etc.
2. The straw applicator of our aseptic brick carton filling machine adopts Omron PLC control and man-machine interface with a touch screen.
3. The air source treatment system and actuator adopt Japanese SMC brand pneumatic control components and U.S. MAC high frequency solenoid valves.
4. The motor system is Japanese Yaskawa high speed servo system.
5. The glue spraying system uses the well-known American Nordson hot melt rotation positioning motor and ZunBlue series hot melt adhesive machine with an adjustable glue head.
6. This straw applicator of our aseptic brick carton filling machine can achieve automatic straw feeding and pasting. Designed with fault alarm function, the straw applicator is easy to operate, saving a lot of manpower and resources.
